Instead of sending the same content to everyone, you can define personalized values for every email directly inside a CSV file.

How It Works

Each row in your CSV file represents one email. Each column represents a field that our system can use when sending the message.

You can define standard email fields such as:

• [EMAIL_TO]: Recipient Email Address
• [EMAIL_SUBJECT]: Email Subject
• [FROM_EMAIL]: Sender Email Address
• [FROM_NAME]: Sender Name

And you can also add custom fields [CUSTOM_FIELD_1], [CUSTOM_FIELD_2], etc,. for personalization, such as:

• First name
• Company name
• Order number
• Account ID
• Custom message

Or any data specific to your campaign emails.

Using Dynamic Tags in Your Email Content

Inside your email subject or body, you can insert dynamic tags that match the column names in your CSV file.

Our system will automatically replace these tags with the correct value from each row when sending.

Common Tags

• [EMAIL_TO]
• [EMAIL_SUBJECT]
• [FROM_NAME]
• [FROM_EMAIL]
• [CUSTOM_FIELD_1]
• [CUSTOM_FIELD_2]
• etc

You can define as many as needed in the email content.
