While you are logged in and your account is active, no ads are shown on our website.
Why we show ads
5yMail lets anyone send anonymous emails for free. The ads on our website help pay for the servers that deliver those emails. Visitors and members with a free account see them. Members with an active account don't.
Remove the ads in 3 steps
- Log in to your account. No account yet? Create one for free, then log in.
- Activate your account. Open your My Credit/Subscription page and buy a Normal subscription. A card or PayPal payment activates your account automatically as soon as it goes through. Other ways to pay are listed on our payment information page.
- Stay logged in. The ads disappear from every page of our website while you are logged in, until your subscription ends.

Each plan is a one-time payment in US dollars. Nothing renews automatically, and you are never charged again unless you buy another plan.

Questions
I paid, but I still see ads. Why?
Check that you are logged in to the account you activated. Your My Credit/Subscription page shows how many more days your Normal subscription is valid. If something looks wrong, contact us with your payment details.
When do the ads come back?
On the last day of your subscription. If you renew before it ends, the new days are added to the days you have left.
Does an API plan remove the ads?
No. The ads are removed by the Normal subscription. The API plan is a separate plan for sending through our API, and it also requires an active Normal subscription.
Do the emails I send contain ads?
Emails sent for free end with a short line about 5yMail. With an active account, you can send your emails without it.
